This is really a top choice for the budget conscious travel looking for quality accommodation

Really helpful and kind staff. Arrived earlier than check-in time and my room was sorted in no time. Although there are tables at the lobby, no buffet breakfast is served. You can still ask for room service to have breakfast though. There are at least three cafeteria at a walking distance. Location is just spot on. Will book there again for sure.

The AC only covered lounge and 1 bedroom. The rooms were stiflingly hot where there was no AC. My room stank of cigarette smoke which along with the AC made sleeping impossible for me. I asked to change rooms and staff were there immediately. Again only AC in 1 room but it still stank of cigarette smoke. Not good for none smoking rooms. I had to go to other rooms and ask the cleaners to stop shouting at each other. Walls were paper thin. Kids screaming in the hallways past midnight!! Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Kitchens are 100% unequipped so be prepared to bring your own EVERYTHING. Gentleman on reception was lovely. His English was impeccable and he was very helpful where he could be.

Perfectly located almost at center of the capital city Riyadh .. very near to everything you could imagine .. very clean and specious room .. the reception desk are so humble and very helpful .. yet it is not a very luxury’s hotel that you can’t compare this hotel to others but those points made this hotel a priority place aside from other hotels .. restaurants and coffee shop are all just walking distance from the hotel Thanks
