Chose the hotel because of location to Diplomatic Quarter where I had a meeting Clean, comfortable but too dark for my personal taste It served purpose. Front of house staff were attentive, courteous and helpful.

We are really enjoying staying in the hotel, everyone is very nice! Every morning at breakfast we have Khalid who is extremely welcoming and makes our mornings very nice 😊

Very good indeed, location could be good or bad depends on what you’re after. Have a very nice English bar with foot ball and table pool.

Spacious rooms. Super friendly staff and I have to mention by name a young man named Saad alSultan سعد السلطان Breakfast is a 5 star hotel meal.

Although they claim to be a five-star hotel, I wouldn't give them more than three stars. The reception staff were not very welcoming, and the furniture and accessories were of low quality. The bathroom tiles were somewhat broken like and looked dirty and very cheap one, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard. During my stay, I had to call maintenance at least five times for issues with the mini-fridge, safe locker, bathroom shower, and so on. We don't even expect these issues from a 3-star rated hotel, let alone a supposed 5-star hotel. Overall, they need to make significant improvements to their facilities and services to truly live up to their supposed 5-star status.
