Very poor, in many ways.
We went for Fatoor and the overall verdict... So poor, the service (non-existent), the food plenty of choice but zero flavour, attitude towards the customer (needs attention).
The best food and service was the pasta bar chef (Mohammed) and Arabic dessert plate (Ahmed) outside in the garden area. These 2 gentlemen are truly representatives of Hospitality, the rest didn't even care.
What seemed like a mini army of waiters literally standing or walking around (only inside, completelyignoringthe guests outside) doing very little unless requested/ instructed.
Members of staff walking (not serving) around the tables outside smoking (with a cigarette !), I do understand they're humans but not in front of the guests and children. If this is what we see, good God what don't we see..
4 star Hotel in desperate need of major changes to training and supervision understanding.
