very bad service from the reception area. i have booked and paid a room for my boss who have a business meeting in Riyadh and requested an early check in and got a confirmation reference number from Meshry and Reham and told them that payment for the early check in will be done once the guest arrived. noting that i have called them twice prior to arrival of guest and they have confirmed that they can provide the early check in. The guest arrived and told me that no room is booked. iI made a call again early morning around 5:50 am and spoke to a man and they just apologized since they cant provide a room. i asked him to transfer me to the supervisor and he said he is the supervisor and just apologized. This is very unacceptable especially to a 4 star hotel claiming in last minute that they don't have an available room regardless of the prior calls confirming the early check in. I am aware of the standard check in time since that is the reason I called and requested for an early check in and informed that payment will be done once guest arrived, however no matter how you called and requested they just did not accommodate my boss who travelled all the way from Asia connecting flight from Dubai to Riyadh. it is a shame that such 4 star hotel cannot provide even a single room despite a request.

This hotel deserved a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in terms of food, service and hospitality. It’s a lifetime experience and definitely worth to visit. * a mouthwatering Breakfast Buffet and got a lot of options in Olea Restaurant. * Cosy Diplomatic Lounge that serves a Starbucks coffee and specialty coffee ( V60, Chemex and Drip) perfect to pair with cakes or Croissants. * Restaurant with a London sports Pub theme is a perfect place for football lovers; have a big screens both indoor and outdoor. Moreover; their dishes will amaze you from salads, main course and drinks ( apparently it’s non-alcholic ). Shisha was serve at 4PM in Terrace. * Managers ( Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Gaber ) and staffs ( from host to waiters/waitress ) are hospitable and approachable. Special thanks to Charlan, Kimberly and Aesha for hosting our dine - in experience.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service that set the tone for the entire stay. The front desk staff, notably Mai, was incredibly professional and helpful. Checking in was a breeze, and her attentiveness to detail was apparent. Likewise, Monahi proved to be extremely supportive, demonstrating flexibility when I requested a room change to one closer to the elevator. The transition was seamless, thanks to his efficiency. One of the highlights of my stay was the room service. On a whim, I ordered a club sandwich, and to my delight, it was delivered faster than I anticipated. Not only was the delivery quick, but the quality of the food was also remarkable, exceeding my expectations for hotel room service. Housekeeping deserves a special mention as well. They ensured my room was impeccably maintained daily, all while respecting my privacy and schedule, never once disturbing me. It's this kind of thoughtful service that truly makes a hotel stay comfortable and hassle-free. Lastly, the London Circle Lounge was a gem within the hotel. The ambiance was exceptionally cozy, creating a perfect setting for relaxation after a day of meetings or sightseeing. The waitresses were professional, attentive, and contributed to the welcoming atmosphere of the lounge. It was a great place to unwind, with a good selection of refreshments and light snacks. In conclusion, my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter was nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the professionalism of the staff, was evident throughout my visit. I was only there for 4 nights. Staff are friendly and helpful, 24 hr room service, good breakfast spread. Room was spacious & clean.
