The furniture is old and the bedspreads have become yellow and tangled from a lot of washing. The bathroom was not clean. I asked them to clean it. The price is cheap compared to others, but it is great for the level of cleanliness and service.

If you are reading this review, stop searching, congratulation, you just found the best hotel in Crete! Everything about this hotel is just excellent. Everyone, literally everyone, working here is super friendly, views are just awesome, food in the restaurant was the best we have ever tasted, room design and overall atmosphere, top notch. On top of all these, we were offered a free room upgrade, and a birthday cake for my partner. Thank you for making our vacation great!

I can't even begin to describe what an extraordinary experience our stay at Castello Infinity Suites in Agia Pelagia was. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this would be a trip we would never forget. Diamond Ambassador Suite: Perfection with a View We were fortunate enough to stay in the Diamond Ambassador Suite, and it felt like a slice of paradise. The suite offers an absolutely breathtaking view of the sea, with its expansive terrace and private heated pool. The room itself was a haven of peace and luxury, providing ample space and comfort. Floating Breakfast: A Unique Delight One of the most incredible experiences during our stay was enjoying a floating breakfast in the pool. It's not just a meal; it's an adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend this unique experience to anyone visiting. The Culinary Marvel: A Private 7-Course Dinner We were also fortunate to savor a private 7-course dinner, and it was truly a moment out of time. The culinary genius behind it all is Chef Kostas, whose talent knows no bounds. Each dish was a work of art, and the flavors were out of this world. Bravo, Chef Kostas! Our server, Fideli (if I recall correctly), was delightful, making the evening even more memorable. The Tranquil Spa: A New Level of Relaxation The spa at Castello Infinity Suites is an absolute gem, and it's brand new. We'd like to extend our gratitude to Antonis for the exceptional massage that left us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The Heartwarming Hospitality: A Special Thank You A huge thank you goes out to Pela, the hotel manager, whose warm welcome set the tone for our entire stay. The entire staff, from the moment we checked in, made us feel like royalty. It's the people here who truly make all the difference. Every detail of our stay, from the exquisite suite to the remarkable dining experiences, was beyond compare. We have traveled the world, but Castello Infinity Suites stands out as a truly remarkable destination. The beauty of the surroundings, the exceptional service, and the attention to detail make this place a true paradise on Earth. We recently stayed at Castello for a week and the place just does not disappoint. The beautiful architecture, view and surroundings are incredible. The staff are incredibly hospitable and friendly, and provide 5 star service all around. The food is sublime and we had the most amazing kilo of ribeye steak cooked to perfection one evening. Couldn’t have picked a better place. The only unfortunate downside was that there is a bar halfway down the beach that sometimes plays music well into the early hours of the morning which keeps you up. That isn’t at all a reflection on the place though. If you want quality, this is the best place for it. I felt so lucky to have stayed there. Thank you for having us! Emma and Ben x

A very relaxing holiday, staff very friendly and professional. Agia Pelagua is also a great place to be, lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. We could not pick a favourite, all were very good.
