CASTELLO SUITES

We recently stayed at Castello for a week and the place just does not disappoint. The beautiful architecture, view and surroundings are incredible. The staff are incredibly hospitable and friendly, and provide 5 star service all around. The food is sublime and we had the most amazing kilo of ribeye steak cooked to perfection one evening. Couldn’t have picked a better place. The only unfortunate downside was that there is a bar halfway down the beach that sometimes plays music well into the early hours of the morning which keeps you up. That isn’t at all a reflection on the place though. If you want quality, this is the best place for it. I felt so lucky to have stayed there. Thank you for having us! Emma and Ben x

A very relaxing holiday, staff very friendly and professional. Agia Pelagua is also a great place to be, lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. We could not pick a favourite, all were very good.

Room is great, curtains that you can open with a button are awesome. Shower supplies aren't renewed Service is ok, water is a "welcome drink" apparently, the guy who came to clean our pool from animal's poo broke the glasses. Beach is a joke, completely over crowded, don't trust the pictures. General comment - very unclear what 5 stars were granted for.

Recently enjoyed an exceptional one-night stay at Castello Infinity Suites. Our room offered an unrivaled sea view and a private oasis in the form of a pool - a truly personal paradise. Food was excellent, room service was prompt, and the breakfast was of the highest quality. Polite and attentive staff catered to our every need. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I've had. If you want luxury, great service, and top-tier cuisine, this is your spot. Can't wait to return!

Stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon and was beyond impressed with this luxury hotel!!! Would 100% recommend. Firstly, the service was incredible. From front desk staff, room managers, servers, bartenders, etc. was beyond impressed with the service provided. Upon arrival was greeted by the management team with welcome drinks.} Breakfast is included in the stay and it was wonderful, so many options to choose from - excellent food both in the restaurant and bar. Was given the option to deliver breakfast directly to the room and have floating breakfasts in our private pool suite. The hotel rooms were extremely clean, spacious and luxurious. We were offered the option to upgrade to a larger suite upon arrival based on availability and we did - and were not disappointed with the incredible specular view in the VIP Ruby Ambassador Suite. We also enjoyed a couples massage at the spa - which was great. The spa team also offered to us the sauna services afterwards. Very relaxing. The hotel is 2 min walk from one of the beaches and within walking distance of restaurants along the beach. It's about 15/20 mins from the town of Heraklion so you have to take a taxi or rent a car to get there. All and all, extremely impressed and would 100% recommend this hotel to others! We will definitely be back :)
