Review is based on 3-4 visit.. over a different period of time..
Worst hotel. Rooms lack insulation. Throughout the night you can hear people walking and talking outside. Washrooms are small and have limited hot water. Outdated furniture.
The worst part is the Reception. No smiles no greetings and the guys there don't understand English. Just imagine how they might be dealing with non Arabic speaking guests. No one will entertain on the calls.
The breakfast buffet is limited. The cook ( humiliating to call him chef) is always resting in the kitchen and the staff have to call out his Highness to do the honours. Never had worse eggs..
In this price you can get far better place to stay. The management ( manager Ahmed) trying to be over smart all the time thinking the guests are stupid. They are not serious in training the staff especially the front desk/reception.
Like other people said, paying a deposit of sar 100 in cash as they don't trust their guests for mini bar. No windows, no views, no personalized service. Seems like they are doing a favour to the guests. Zero etiquettes in staff.
