By far the worst hotel I’ve been to yet. The room is very cold and dirty. The beds are fold out beds, extremely uncomfortable. The check in was ridiculous. We turned up at the check in counter and the man told us that he didn’t know when our room would be ready. I had to keep asking until he gave us keys. Four beds squished tightly into one room. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, only outside. No space at all to even open my suitcase. Worst experience. Do not recommend. There are many more better hotels around the area for exactly the same price

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. To start off checking was delayed By 54 minutes to cleaning or whatever. Checkin was at 4 we arrived at 3:30 and was told Rudely that we had to wait. We finished checking at 456pm. Room carpet was filthy, Bathroom was filthy and leaking. Elevators were not working at the end of our stay. You don't want to stay here for the price you pay.

This is the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel room. I would not recommend you to stay in this hotel at any cost. There are no towels in the washroom and we have to beg for them as if we are staying here rent free. The washrooms are dirty at check in. It was a 3 day stay and no room service, no emptying of garbage. The worst of all water was gone on 2nd day and the management had no clue when it will come back. Better to stay far from masjid and take a taxi rather than staying at this hotel.

Room Service is Very bad, rooms are dirty and no one came to cleaned it even after the complaint.All cleaning staff busy with mobile.. Lift not working.. Reception don't know language.. Washrooms are dirty, Location is awesome but hotel services/ administration and maintenance is zero

Room Service is pathetic, mostly staff are not user friendly, even rooms are dirty and no one came to cleaned it even after the complaint. Elevator (Lift) isn't works properly and too much wait time. Washrooms are dirty due to staff not properly cleaned/Sanitized. Mostly customer smoking inside the building but unfortunately smoke detector not works. Location is awesome but hotel services/ administration and maintenance is zero
