The hotel is beautiful, the lobby the high atrium, the hall way and the room. However, the receptionists were cold from what I am expecting. They even stopped me fr checking in despite there were agreement with the company as they booked me for this business trip. I waited about half an hour just to make sure my company paid upfront which is I cannot understand on B2B agreement. They even didn't apologize to me. They handed over my key card with saying anything unlike to the person before me who they gave info about the room, breakfast etc (SOP) which I feel i am not welcome to the hotel. When I check out not even a thank you word for me staying in the hotel.
I think they should trainthe staff more on international standard to keep guests on coming back. By the way, I asked my company to book me in a different hotel on my next business trip in Riyadh.
