Subject: Complaint about Recent Hotel Stay I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided during my recent stay at your hotel. It is evident that my instructions were not followed, and there was a lack of reflection on the hotel's part regarding the inconveniences I encountered. This has resulted in an extremely unpleasant experience for me. I had expected a certain level of service and attention to detail, which unfortunately was not met. The discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered have left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. This is probably my fourth or fifth stay at this hotel. I have witnessed how the quality of this hotel, which was very good the first time I stayed, has decreased with each stay. I don't know where they gets the stars Google review page, it probably sounds like a reflection of the sophisticated regional fraud on the stars here. In a more understandable sentence, probably their friends or friends give these stars to increase the hotel's score. Although the hotel is basically clean, the service is very bad. The only service offered by the hotel is two bottles of water per day and the poorest quality nescafe. Another point is that if you are coming from abroad and need to work and have a stable internet, you should forget about it. The night staff absolutely cannot speak a word of English Includin receptionist... you cannot even order food to your room and when you do, it does not come if you are lucky and if come yoi need to argue people to add in the bill on your room. As a result, this hotel you are staying in does not belong in Emerging Riyadh and I recommend you not to stay. This is my last stay in this hotel and it will never happen again.

Terrible staff. (Especially reception) choose any other hotel and they'd have atleast ok staff. Rudest experience I ever had with any hotel GLOBALLY. and I have traveled atleast 20 different countries. I hope this'll save your time

The hotel looks nice but when we went to the room there was a really Bad smell from the bathroom! I asked the reception to change the room and he told me no rooms available although when I checked online there was rooms!

I have booked here before, and left my chromecast attached to the television... I called the reception and they said they found it. I went there and informed them, the man left and never came back... I was on hazard outside so I left the vicintiy... but please when guests left something... give it back... or keep it in the lost and found... do not take it home... I hope management will keep an eye on this...
