Horrible experience
first of all apparently they did not know what is marriot bonvoy membership or whats the benefits of different tiers
There were no one to take the bags from the limousine i had to carry it my self at a 43 c temp
They kept me a bit on reception saying we have a booking with the points but we didnt get the points yet, until i had a problem asking them to talk to marriot its not my problem
the ac control is not actually functioning its either too cold or i have to turn it off
the ac is hitting the curtain creating an annoying noise all the time so its either to feel so cold with the annoying noice or you have to turn it off
having dont disturb in any hotels means they call if they need to reach me , however they come knocking the door as if there is no sign
internet is extremely slow , my zoom meetings use to disconnect completely and i complained many times, they first said IT will come to you , then i had to call again they said he is not available, and i had to stay 6 nights not even able to stream a video on my mobile
