Pros: Very close to masjid al-haram. Food Alhamdulillah not bad Cons : Lift takes forever,forcing people to take the stairs instead ,bearing in mind this place has as many as 17 floors. Room space very cramped. Booked 3 beded but hotel gives 2 beded room and added 1 single bed. Key cards for the rooms don’t work. The room service is non existent. Aircond not function well. Wouldn’t recommend,especially for the elderly due to the lift issue

Nice place to stay. Close to Masjid Al Haram. Service is excellent. Never have I ever met such a friendly hotel manager who would come out and greet you in the lobby with a wide smile. But, one thing that need to be improved is the buffet menu. They should have provide more various menus instead of serving almost the same menu in turn. For example, biryani rice must be served for lunch or dinner only. Not every other meal. But overall, everything is awesome. I'd love to come and stay at this hotel on my next visit.
