مراجعة جوجل

Can't say much about the actual premises but the management/reception seems to be the lousiest although it supposedly belongs to IHG. I have been calling this hotel on the phone number they have given, since yesterday evening and not once has anyone answered the phone. The guests staying over there had exactly the same issue. What sort of hotel is it where no one bothers to respond to calls?

Location is good but they will drop you very far by bus, better to have taxi to save time. Rooms are not expensive but not up to standard, parking is not free 4sr an hour. Security is rude no one will guide what to where to go misinformation all over. They have to improve their management and customer services. Parking place is very small and you special skills to park ?

Nice and clean hotel near masjid Al Haram. With 5 tower, each tower 30 floor. They provide us washing machine during hajj.

Fantastic place beautiful place with lots of lovely little shops inside, all staff very nice although arabic is essential first language, its located in the west side not a long walk to the Holy place, service is great can go anytime of the year,

The very first stay I got a decent city view. The second time, I booked a room with a city view again, but instead, I got a pigeon/alleyway view as apparently there were no more rooms available. Also, the carpet wasn't the cleanest. It's a decent place to stay provided it's not overpriced because you're basically paying for a room full of beds. The best thing about the hotel is the location. It's not at right at the haaram, but it's good enough to walk there or take the free shuttle bus. It's about a 5 minute walk to where the shuttle bus drops you off, then another 10-15 minutes to actually walk into the haaram. It's decent for a short-term stay or if you'll be at the haaram a lot and just need a place to sleep.

Kiswah tower is 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 2 km from the sprawling Great Mosque of Mecca. Hotels offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Rooms are clean with spacious areas and the location is perfect. Upgrade room’s comes with Haram partial view. They have free shuttle bus to the Haram 24 hours a day every 20 minutes pick up and drop off. Inside this hotel all kinds of shop's available including Barber shop. Employees are nice and helpful. Breakfast only 20/- saudi riyal. Near by this hotel - nice Restaurant, Money exchange, fast food, tea coffee shop, grocery store available.
