Very worst experience. They call it a 4 star hotel, but it is not. Hotel and rooms are good looking but there is not even an hanger to hang towels. We had to use the bed for putting clothes. There was a shelf which broke and almost fell on leg. Not kids friendly. Carpets on the floor were very dirty. Not worth the price.

Stayed for 6 days in this hotel in tower no 4. Not 4 star by any measures. Rooms were dirty and carpets smelly & filthy. Rooms smelled stuffy and were damp. Staff were good and helpful. Changed to a different room but the other room was no different. Bathroom was even worse. Far away from Haram, though there is a shuttle available. Still a long walk from the shuttle stop to Haram. Other good thing about this hotel is the facility to wash clothes and dry them. Not sure about other towers, but tower 4 is not worth.

I don’t want to give even 1 star but no choice. First of all, they had a weird small pillow in our room. We called 3 different numbers for 30 mins but no one bothered to answer to give us proper pillows to sleep. During our stay of 7 nights, not a single visit was made by housekeeping team. We had to reuse our towel daily. Receptionist doesn’t bother even for an eye contact when u speak or complain. I bet we could keep valuable things openly in the room and not worry at all about it being stolen cos room service will never come. Shuttle service was good but on 2 occasions they randomly decided not to have the option so we had to walk. Again, can’t complain cos they don’t bother. I’ll never take this option ever again and will advise anyone else also to not even consider this property.

Where do I start this hotel don’t even deserve a one star! It should be no star! The desk staff are so rude and so slow I feel that my kids can do a better job! The hotel is not clean! Any problem you have it takes almost a hour to get your question answered in reception! They all just don’t want to talk to you unless your a screaming Saudi then they will do whatever those people say! Also the manager has no power over the staff they don’t even listen to him! I will never ever come back to this hotel again and I recommended no one else ever go to this hotel. If you want bad service long waits no one coming to clean your room! Rude people at the desks! This is for you!

Cleanliness: -10. Lobbies and rooms absolutely stinks, Bins overflowing nobody being bothered to come maintain it. Rooms were also unclean, bathrooms were as if they are never touched by maintenance staff. Customer service: -10. There are more then 1000 rooms and there is only one person dealing with customer service. Just to ask a simple question you need to wait in queue for 1 and half hour. Staff are very rude no manners whatsoever. I left the room today at 1pm after staying only 1 night and these lot have charged me for 2 nights where as I didn’t. Overall was a terrible experience in fact one of the worst. I’ve been coming to perform Umrah/hajj for many years never have I experienced anything as dreadful as these lot in all my years. Never would I recommend these lot, would avoid at all costs.

Kiswah tower is 3 star hotel in Makkah. It’s 2 km from the sprawling Great Mosque of Mecca. Hotels offers free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Rooms are clean with spacious areas and the location is perfect. Upgrade room’s comes with Haram partial view. They have free shuttle bus to the Haram 24 hours a day every 20 minutes pick up and drop off. Inside this hotel all kinds of shop's available including Barber shop. Employees are nice and helpful. Breakfast only 20/- saudi riyal. Near by this hotel - nice Restaurant, Money exchange, fast food, tea coffee shop, grocery store available.
