Bad service, no towels, no air dryer, no water in fridges, no kittle to make hot drinks.. I'm just surprised that there's such service like this in makka..

Very bad customer service rooms are very small no towels given we book our room for 14 days after we said to return the 4 days money back but they refuse to give it very very disappointed

It's just normal experience but cheap one. I even saw dead bedbugs on the beds. Hotel is very far from the center and roads were under construction. There were no water in water dispensers in the hallways. The service boys were so rude and can't understand what are we saying. It was like they don't want to understand us, just pay them money and don't say anything.
