All i can say it’s bad, operation team it’s useless
Many issues with housekeeping, everything there are delayed, really I’m faced many issues there,
Eventually, i have invited friends for ramadan breakfast and when we started with the dates and appetizers and when we intended to go for the main course, we were perplexed to witness each other come back to the table with nothing but air on our plates!
The buffet was emptied out!, No Refilling, No Available foods it's over, a while we are in main restaurant in Ramadan breakfast time !!
When ask the operation crew to enquire about the status or to find a solution for the predicament, only to be further appalled with the non-concerned non cooperative non professionality behavior personified in one word "there is no more, what can we do",
What i can say it’s careless operation team
I will not recommend anyone to make stay at this hotel
I had a horrible experience and hope you will not repeat the same mistake which i did.☹️
