All i can say it’s bad, operation team it’s useless
Many issues with housekeeping, everything there are delayed, really I’m faced many issues there,
Eventually, i have invited friends for ramadan breakfast and when we started with the dates and appetizers and when we intended to go for the main course, we were perplexed to witness each other come back to the table with nothing but air on our plates!
The buffet was emptied out!, No Refilling, No Available foods it's over, a while we are in main restaurant in Ramadan breakfast time !!
When ask the operation crew to enquire about the status or to find a solution for the predicament, only to be further appalled with the non-concerned non cooperative non professionality behavior personified in one word "there is no more, what can we do",
What i can say it’s careless operation team
I will not recommend anyone to make stay at this hotel
I had a horrible experience and hope you will not repeat the same mistake which i did.☹️

The worst service I’ve ever had l!! The same mistakes even when we asked to make it right!
They don’t clean the room well, we should ask to complete the service every time, and every time there’s something missing..
And we can hear what other rooms watching or saying!! I can’t understand how this works for anyone!!!!!

Thanks to all staff there special thanks to the girls and the duty manager during the check in time and all staff in reception desk,and they granted late checkout when we told them that our flight departure to be postponed.
The hotel location is perfect.The suite is amazing
& very clean taking care for all the hygiene requirements.

Traveler Tips:
Welcome to Adagio Jeddah City Center. I visited this hotel in the 2nd week of Nov 2022. The IBIS & Adagio hotel is located in the same building. They bith have different Lobby and entrance but are interconnected from the inside of the premises. IBIS and Adagio both share the same restaurant name as Town and share the swimming Pool and Gym. There is no SPA facility in any of the hotel. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the 2nd floor. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Timings:
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
