Old rooms and carpet stinks of chimicals. Windows can't be opened. Very expensive and very bad quality. Not recommended for European. Only if you enjoy sitting in the room without sun. There are no activities near the hotel. To the next beach 60km. All is Expensive without quality. Security cam are overall.. Not privacy

The ratings are a complete lie. This hotel in the outskirts of Jeddah city basically in the middle of nowhere us a 2-star hotel. I had an immediate allergic reaction to whatever chemicals they sprayed as a deodorizer to mask the cigarette smell. The bathroom was a horror show in itself and no hotwater at all rust, caulking on top of old yellow caulking, switch plate panel edges full of grime. Just disgusting! The 4-star was a lie, they probably paid people to give fake reviews. I checked out 4 hours after I arrived and left for the Assila Hotel a authentic 5-star it's pricey but well worth the comfort, (allergic reaction seized minutes after I left crowntown.) I do not recommend crown town don't believe the star ratings it's a bold face lie.

short story: when we checked in was night so we slept early and go to work early morning, the breakfast was good and the receptionist told us if we will renew another night, and we did it told them we will renew and we went for umrah in 12/12/23 and when we came back surprised that receptionist said you can't stay another night unless you pay In advance which maybe that hotel or management policy (never heard my entire life with visit of 23 countries) the bill boy knock the door with ATM machine while I was taking a bath after the long day then I open his name najit nethen Bangladesh I think told me the rules if you wish to stay you need to pay and receptionist send him with machine, and he said clearly maybe you stay without payment and run away leaving the hotel in the night!!!!!????? And here I immediately called the receptionist he was Saudi man and he told me sorry you can call the management and he will call me back and never happened, and when I call back after 30 mins no answer from his side, I never ever suggest or come to this hotel anymore the didn't send room service they didn't clean the hot water was not working and towels smells badly and there is hair on the bed.

Had availed Foundation day offer buffet SR49 per head, but the food was not even worth SR10!!! We reached by 2.30PM with merely few people in the room. To list the dishes- pasta, pasta and a variety of pasta! Lasagna dish was empty non of us got a bit, the pudding was over, manager said coming, but nothing came at all! The worst experience of a lifetime!! Total waste of money!! Ate just watermelon n Muskmelon to fill stomach.
