Wakame never disappoints with its excellent service, but some staff relocating to other locations is a loss for this Wakame in Jeddah. Replacing their ambition and customer-service will be near to impossible. The commitment to top-notch service is evident. However, we hope for more active management involvement, addressing client concerns and venue improvements.

My dining experience was exceeded only by the exceptional service provided by our server, Romeo. The food was impeccably fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. What truly set the evening apart, though, was Romeo's attentiveness and knowledge. His recommendations were spot-on, and he went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was delightful. Romeo's friendly demeanor and genuine passion for customer satisfaction truly elevated the overall enjoyment of our meal. I highly recommend Wakame for both the delectable dishes and the outstanding service.

Awesome food and awesome service. The service team is an army of excellent guys always on their toes and taking care of kids needs too. Food is very tasty and great options.

It was a lovely experience. The staff were very nice and helpful. The waiter who served us named Julious was extremely nice and welcoming. The food was exceptional. I totally recommend this!!

Top place for sushi in Jeddah. It's a family favourite that we always come back to. The place is quite small and cozy. Service is always good, and you can never go wrong with any item on the menu.

This place has a good reputation, but unfortunately after the experience it turned out to be very bad.. the price is high for low service quality and the treatment of the staff
I strongly do not recommend
There are other options with much better service

Service is always courteous and polite . Portions are reasonable and the food is fresh . The prices are excessive , it’s is very good but not fine dining. The place has limited seating and warrants a reservation .
