I work in food delivery. An order from Steak House is coming. I went but the staff of the steak house told me to stand outside and come inside when the order is ready. We do food delivery so can't we go inside and take the order. In all the unique restaurants there is no problem if we go inside and take the order. We are not customers so they don't treat us well. .

I asked for regular water, they said they don’t have Aquafina water instead they offered sparkling water which cost SR 19 for small and SR 29 for 1000ml, This is absolutely insane, someone should take notice of it. Water is a basic need, this is over charging. Besides that Food was tasty!!!

Ordered the burgers and they were extremely bad. The chicken was horrible even the meat was subpar. Not sure what happened to this restaurant. I can make a better burger at home, will never order again

We were having a dinner last night, i was trying to get hold of an available waiter, and worst thing is i had to stand and ask from their station for the waiter’s presence. Lastly, when the food arrived it was super hard. We’re used to order in this branch but it was my first time to receive this well done steak that’s super hard to bite. We’re not Saudi or something, but we were hoping to receive same treatment as others does to us. Their shrimp was too salty ??♂️ This isn’t what we expected and what we paid for. Work on that!
