One of the worst experience I had from the check in to check out. Bare speak english. No wifi 2 days and after 2 days barely conection. No cleaning rooms. Worst of the worst.

very nice hotel, which I can't say about the staff that works there. The administrator is just a terrible Egyptian who does not know how to communicate with customers, and behaves inappropriately, it seems that a person has problems with his head. Very cultural communication, I talk with clients as if he himself is the owner of this hotel, I have never met such rudeness in my address. It was a very bad experience. The funny thing is that your receptionist asks every customer to leave a review on this website addressed to him. And please remind the amount of staff that I am a guest of your hotel, they are his friend and that you need to treat me respectfully.

Room is really nice and big and bed is very comfortable.
Staff are amazing, I would like to thanks all of Abdel Krieem Rohoma and Kholoud for the hospitality, customer service and amazing responses.
