We came for lunch at this restaurant in VIA Riyadh.
The seating area and the service was spectacular. The views from this restaurant are remarkable as well, I apologise for not providing more photos of the place or photos as the food was being served on our plates, which is great hospitality.
We got tuna in the cones, salmon pizza, wagyu steak, potato pure, Brussels sprouts, burrata salad and fried meat.
The tuna cones and the salmon pizza were marvellous, truly loved these 2 dishes the most. The wagyu steak we asked for it to be medium, we got medium well. Potato pure was creamy and smooth, I liked it. The sprouts were served with beacon, it also had the char flavour, possibly my 3rd best dish I had. The burrata salad was very good as well. The fried meat I couldn't comprehend the uniqueness of this dish and I'd not recommend it personally, if it suits your taste please don't lit my opinion deter you.
Overall, this place was a pleasant experience, seating areas, staff and the service. The food was below expectations except for the mentioned dishes. We were served dates ice cream with dates and dates pure, it was a pleasant gesture and a successful mixture it was indeed, truly tasted pleasant.

A fantastic evening with friends and family can be made extra special with the right choice of fine dining restaurant. A special thanks to Sam for selecting Spago. Manzoor, thanks for hosting me and Sam. Indeed, it was a memorable evening!
Spago was beyond expectations, an experience that a Michelin star restaurant has to offer, great innovation, presentation, taste, flavors, textures, ingredients, and backed by excellent service from awesome 👌 knowledgeable managers, staff.
We tried sea food delicacy (coconut red curry sea bass) and serious meats (braised short ribs) .... subtle flavors juicy moist and melt in the mouth 😋
We had Broccolini, Kung pao cauliflower, zucchini, some cocktails, fesh orange juice, and still water.
Come indulge yourself in some exquisitely crafted food for the connessieurs that have a taste for fine dining that takes you to the next level worthy of Michelin star dishes.

It was a nice place. The stuff was so amazing so nice and so helpful. Most of the food was amazing. We ordered different dishes and the steak is awesome It is literally my favorite. The salads were good. The one with dates was very good. Seafood was also good we had pepper shrimp and it was perfect. Beef dumpling was a bit spicy but overall nice.

Spago is in VIA Riyadh. Beautiful aesthetics and a great atmosphere. Spago was a lovely restaurant where if they validate your parking, it's free.
The food was excellent quality. I've always been a fan and taken inspiration from Wolfgang Puck, so it was great to try out his restaurant.
The staff were brilliant and very welcoming. But I must say my chicken pot pie is better 😋. Nevertheless, the dessert given for my birthday was the highlight. Decadent and off menu, it really made you feel special! Definitely on the higher end but the quality, service and experience makes it worth it.

- Burrata cheese and fig 7.5/10
- Camel and cheese sambousek 8/10
- House made ricotta cheese gnocchi 9/10
- Szechuan beef dumplings 9.5/10
- Wild mushroom risotto 9.5/10
- STIR FRIED BLACK PEPPER PRAWNS 9.5/10
- BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIB RENDAN 10/10
- stone Axe wagyu tenderloin 10/10
- Potato purée 10/10
- Sautéed Brussels sprouts 10/10
- CRACKLIN ROSIE (raspberries, rose water Lychee, and grenadine) 10/10
