From making a reservation till I left after the event the service was impeccable. I held my birthday dinner celebration at the restaurant and it was beyond my expectations. The service was good, had large number of people and we were serviced on time and without any hassles. Waiter was there when we needed him (Norman). The manager was a total gem he assisted me with the planning and and the menu and answered all my questions and requests and advice me to what would be better (Mohammed). All the staff was friendly and accommodating with helping set up for the event, ladies at reception escorted all my guests and made us feel welcome. The food was amazing and not expensive at all. They assisted me with a menu and it was suffice. Beautiful venue!

Food is good, nothing special to talk about, just good.
And there is amaizing view from the edge of terrace.
But staff is absolutelly not attentive. I was ask sometimes 3-4 timesif i need a main cours or if i need a drink by 4 different people (probably there is no comunications in between). Order was taken twice, they forgot to bring a Vimto. Instead of arabic coffee i asked a Black tea with dessert in the end, but still they brought arabic coffee at the begining

Cozy place to hangout with friends. With its beautiful medieval age design, we have surely enjoyed their food and hot drinks. Thumbs up to Mr. Norman for being so professional in his job and gave us the great service and hospitality we deserve. Thank you.

One of the best cafe in Riyadh, lovely ambiance and rooftop seating. They serve amazing breakfast and coffees, along with bakery with countless choices. I have to this place couple of times and they never disappoint.
Winter mornings are best to enjoy weather with delicious shakespears rooftop breakfast. Though they are well overpriced priced but environment and ambiance compensate that.
