I stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of January and I must say it was not a pleasant experience. While my stay at the hotel itself was adequate, a mistake was made by the hotel during check-out which resulted in a double payment. While I understand that mistakes can happen, what has disappointed me the most is the lack of response from the hotel's customer service team. Despite numerous attempts via phone and email, I have yet to receive a resolution to the issue for three months.
I had hoped for better service from a reputable hotel chain such as Hilton. It is disheartening to see that the hotel's customer care management has not shown any concern for my predicament. I would appreciate it if the hotel could rectify the mistake and provide me with the refund I am owed.
