Food is very good but not the same standard as London. But this wasn’t the issue we faced here. We came in for lunch to a completely empty restaurant: acceptable. The ambience was not lively at all, we also ignored this. We started getting critical when we noticed the service not being up to par. After we chose to switch to an indoor table, the staff completely disregarded the fact that our drinks were waiting at the outdoor table, melting in the heat. One of the waitresses did not speak English, and therefore kept smiling at our requests but completely ignoring them: unacceptable. During our meal, the test fire alarm went off and continued ringing for over 7 minutes. It was VERY painful to listen to this for that long, I ended up with a headache resulting in our experience becoming terribly compromised. The staff did not do anything about it, claiming that they tried and it simply wasn’t going off - that is until a CUSTOMER went and simply switched it off himself.
In the midst of all of this sensory disturbance , our main meals took forever to arrive. Our waiter tried to make it up to us to serving us free dessert, which was nice but on our way out nobody bothered to show us to the door or greet us goodbye, with all the reception staff having their faces glued to their phones. Very sad Novikov experience!
For the record, the date cake is amazing.

I really liked it. The service was great, and the hostess was nice and welcoming. I liked the interior design. It's quite easy to book via their website and confirm, cancel... etc. There's valet parking, of course. There are Italian and Japanese menus, we took the Japanese. We had a lobster which they brought to the table (now I know this is done in many coastal cities but maybe coz we usually choose then be seated, bringing an "alive" creature to the table didn't really suit me). They served good quality sparkling water which I liked.
The lobster and sushi were good, food was good but in comparison there's better. The service though is considerate and efficient.

Very bad experience
The bread is not as expected the sauce at the start is very un known I can’t even tell what is the taste
My order:
1- margarita pizza is the worst I have taste so far
2- truffle pizza has no truffle very bad
3- peas pasta is very bad
We ordered many plates rossito bad
4- Caesarsalat too much salt and the chicken is not good too
Very bad experience won’t go again

How do I start? This place is hands down the best in town. Great atmosphere, food and most of all, the way our waiter Nishan was serving us though the evening!
Lobster is unbelievably good!!
PS: try the espresso if you like real Italian coffee.

Food 3.5/5 Essentially sea food in Asian style. They had actual paper menus thankfully
The salads were not special. However the seafood was excellent. Dessert was fine
The ambience and service is 5/5
Price $$$$
