2 lanes dedicated for male and female. There is a staff (or 2) that assist u on the que lane. Very fast yet very crowded. Staff at the counter speaks basic English that helps me in ordering. The menu on the screen helps too but it flips fast. Overall i enjoy the food especially the chips

Very famous Saudi Arabian fast food chain. This outlet is also very busy even late at night and shows that it is very famous. Despite the fact that several service counters are available, Customers have to wait in ques to place order. However the good thing is that the delivery is very speedy. This outlet is take away and does not seem to have any dine in facility. Their chicken nuggets meal is famous and tasty.
Overall a very good experience.

Workers are rude and have a very bad attitude. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If I have it my way I will give it a -5. I can not understand how someone hire a person who has a very rude attitude towards customers.

Visiting from Nashville I did not expect much from here but I'm pleasantly surprised to say otherwise. It's a seriously solid establishment and it's easy to see after the kind service, great traffic management, excellent prices and good tasting food (especially their chicken sandwich). Plus for this franchise in particular it's very conveniently located right next to the Grand Mosque and right below anyone staying at the Hilton hotel in the same building.
