It was good experience,, illy coffee is very tasty beans, you can get it from any supermarket,, the caffe is clean , well organised but the service is too slow, and the desserts options are limited

It's OK. Prices? Not really ok. They are mostly out of Wines, Red, White -- NADA as is my personal experience and heard from others as well. Perhaps remove it from the menu?
The staff was extremely pleasant and the ambiance's really cool as well. I ordered Carbonara w/ beef "bacon". Don't mean to sound like Ramsay but it was "a bloody disaster", there were TOO many egg yolks in it which were overpowering the flavours of what a carbonara should taste like. It was more like omelette batter was drizzled on huge quantities in large. The bacon were cheap beef jerky bits from the superstore.
The staff recommended me Hugo drink when they informed me they were out of red wine, which turned out to be the thing that made the experience way better.
All in all, it's a pretty OK food wise restaurant/cafe, not for everyday dinning. Not sure about coffee though shall maybe try it some other time, but perhaps it is only a good ambiance dinning experience for special occasions and for those special someones you want to impress.

Nice place with excellent service and high quality hot and cold beverages.
Illy product are so expensive.. CRAZY EXPENSIVE, 3 stars for that!!
