Many rooms have no windows!! You literally feel like you staying inside box (no daylight at all)

Hello reader, this is my first day experience.
1. Spacious room, no window view
2. Very good location
3. No bedside charging option
4. First impression of staffs is not impressive, will update later with more details

I don't know how to feedback this place. Room of my collegue was very nice, bed was very confortable. Hotel however should need to be renovated in general , i don't know breakfast, it was not my hotel but it was better than my hotel not far from here. Location is fantastic, in the heart of the city and closed to every restaurant and shops. So, it could be a good choice for the future.

Terrible service the swimming pool was disgusting and they close it every bit saying there’s no captain to be there like it’s a kids place. Socket placements in room is hideous
