Dear gulf Chinese restaurant,
Let me put in this way:
- I was expecting great service as I know this place for decades.
- No one welcomed us nor guided us to a table.
- We ordered and the lady confirmed it correctly, after they brought the dishes we noticed one dish was missed. We informed the waiter and he said he will bring it. After 10 minutes we told the lady that one dish is missed. She replied you are too late now!! You just noticed it now!!
I don't think this is a proper way to talk to anyone.
- The process of putting dishes on table should be improved.
- An experienced manager or person in charge should be available and check each table.
- I was happy that you asked for reasons of this review, considered as first step of improvement. Good luck.

The food was okay. But the atmosphere of the restaurant is so depressing and laid back. The service was the slowest we have seen in Jeddah so far. The waiters looked like they were sad and just made the whole vibe of the restaurant slow and boring.
The food came so late that we weren’t hungry anymore. The food is nothing extraordinary to be honest.
Also, we had 5 more families dining in and all of them got up from their tables to call the waiters. Definitely not coming back.

The best chinese restaurant in Jeddah, BUT! If they bring back the (GOODY APPLE JUICE) Rather than Rauch! Would be much better!
