Cappuccino was good but tea was weak and watered down. We asked for additional tea bags but nobody brought them to us despite us asking 3 times. Service was very slow as well, however, the ambience was great.

We were urged to catch our reservation otherwise we lose it after 15 minutes (had to rush to get there), and we realized only 2 tables had people while the rest were empty for the whole time.
I have tried the French chain and this Swiss chain in multiple locations in the world, and sadly this place had the lowest quality.
I would have given a 2 star (for the price relative quality), but the service of Mr. Ziyad increased it to 3. I believe better quality can be provided.
