I visited Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh yesterday around 11 am to have a coffee while waiting for an appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I was still enjoying my coffee, a staff member (lady) abruptly appeared with the card machine and the bill, even though I hadn't requested it. I hadn't finished my coffee, and this premature presentation of the bill was unexpected and unwelcome.
Such behavior is not acceptable, especially from a renowned establishment like Four Seasons. I have always held high expectations for the level of service and professionalism at your hotel, but this incident left me disappointed.
I hope that this feedback can contribute to a better understanding of the customer experience and lead to improvements in the future.

Food is tasty with alright variety but is not worth the expensive price, especially on their Friday brunch. It should not be called Brunch if there is no breakfast part. Overall the visit was improved with a good atmosphere with great service.

Tried it first day of eid
Food wasn't that good as I expected from a 5 star world renound restaurant to taste. I tasted many things that were below standard in taste and I think the shrimp and lobster were frozen.
Ambience was OK with live violinist. Buffet was small considering the expensive cost. The buffet due to Corona is weird as you can't take the plate and waiter will get it for you in my opinion it adds more hands and hence more possibility of infection. It would have been better if they let you take the plate.
Beverages were not included but we were not told about that so we talked to the manager and he waived the cost of beverages which was fine but it's not nice not telling customers what isn't included whej we ordered.
All in all I don't recomend it to anyone if you are looking for a good food experience.
