It’s located right behind clock tower and right next to Swissotel Al Maqam. Overall, very positive experience. We would definitely go back there. It’s a very short straight walk to Haram, ideal for people with wheelchairs and strollers. There are so many shops and restaurants few minutes away.

The quality of rooms are not upto the mark,
The room’s bathroom lock was not working,
The wifi is slow,
Called reception and operator quite a few times but no one bothered to answer.
Previously it was good but now it has become very frustrating.
Next time I’d prefer staying in Makkah Towers instead.
I always preferred Elaf Kinda over the other options nearby but this was probably the last time.

Not a bad hotel, very close to the haram. Our rooms were very spacious with free WiFi and Air Con. There are two restaurants which we didn't really use except for breakfast. Staff are on hand to help and any queries / problems we had were resolved satisfactorily. Only downside is vehicles are not allowed up here so the luggage had to be carted in which the hotel staff did.

Elaf Kinda Hotel Makkah, think twice before booking. No car taxi access to hotel, guest has to carry luggage from far with no help from hotel. Dirty and smelly walkway, corridor. Carpet inside and outside too dirty, need immediate change Guest services, in fact there is no guest services as no one answers the calls. If you need anything you have to go in person to Reception on L floor. Lifts are slow moving and sometimes scary. Room which we got cramp and smallest. Only good things is located very close to Haram.

A fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. The front desk staff is very friendly and supportive.
The rooms are okay, the beds are bit smaller but comfortable.
The only problem is the access to the hotel as it is neither adjacent to access road nor the underground parkings. You have to walk with luggage to the nearby access road. Also sometimes the pedestrian access remains close specially closer to prayer times.
Overall very good experience
