We booked this hotel without any expectations but we definitely made the best decision. The rooms were clean and the location was absolutely spot on. Moreover, we stayed in room 408 and recieved spectacular service from Saiful Islam who was super kind and helpful. He tended to us very quickly, cleaned our rooms beautifully and was so caring. Highly recommend

The room was average... The housekeeper was so good about his work..i have to mention about Md Rabbi who was kind of pretty,and determined his work..i loved his service.
And the Location is so perfect next to the Haram..
I would like to recommend for everyone to go there.

I booked for 2 nights, i was so happy with the breakfast i had in R2. There were lots of choices and a variety of breads and cheese. It was a really perfect breakfast meal. But i had a bad experience with the waiters they don't speak English. The hotel should have waiters who know English because it's a 5 star hotel. I wonder why they don't consider this.

Every time, the same good experience.
In both Mecca and Madina, the facility is good, the staff are friendly and welcoming.
The location is fantastic.

Super excellent. The rooms are clean and good. Their services are very good and accommodating especially to their Moroccan Chef who prepares our food that is very delicious. Thank you!
