Drop off and pickup is an issue.
It took us 2 hours to find our way to hotel as Ibraheem Khalil road was closed.
We got our drop off at Clock Tower and walk our way to Hotel. Not a big issue ,but if we knew it would have saved us time.

The rooms are really small especially 2 bed ones. However the overall experience has been phenomenal. The staff is really nice in general and Hatsoff to Wid from Room service and Captain Titu from restaurant
As for location, really the cheapest 5 star hotel with all amenities in this vicinity
Last for not the least, the hotel could really use some renovations

Clean rooms, breakfast is good , near the haram , walking almost 3 minutes to reach haram, only furniture is a bit old, but in general its good for umrah purposes, and its near to all shops could be needed. One plus point is that rooms have speakers connected to the haram, so u can hear the athan and prayers.

The Location is great. Lifts are great.
But the hotel overall needs an update, from the rattling of lifts to the old rugged carpets in the room.
And whats with the dimly lit room. The washrooms are better lit than the rooms here. The hotel can do much better in better hands I feel in terms of maintenance and facilities in room.
I would advise the incharge to visit any hotel in its viccinity.

Great location and access to masjid haram. The carpet of the room was very dirty. Amenities were fine. The room was not sound proof. Even the air conditioner fan was giving an horrible sound. Iron table was broken.
