Nice restaurant with amazing views – Mohamed Rezaul and Zainab were lovely. Pancakes were great. We came from the UK for a few days and had a peaceful and convenient stay. Thank you

Had to wait an hour to check in, dirty, noisy, dysfunctional and old rooms. I really don’t know how this is a 5 star hotel, I have never been in such a 5 star hotel in my life. For one of our rooms we could not close the window, engineer tried to fix it three times with no success. I was told we’d be able to change rooms the day after and they did not. I was extremely sick and unwell and I asked for ice at least 5 times and they did not bring it. Only good thing was their food service.

What I liked about the hotel.
Beautiful view. Beautiful lobby and floors.
First impression: Great, treated with respect and smiles.
Checkin: Smooth.
Room: Great, better than expectations. Spacious
Location: Lively, next to gate 310, behind ghamama masjid. 2 minutes walk to haram gate 310. Keep in mind this hotel is 5 to 8 minutes of walk to Bab salam gate for rowda. Next to hardees, krispy kreme, pizza hut.
If you know the way, its a 2-4 minutes walk to Quba Front.
Checkout: Smooth within seconds
Staff: I would really like to thank the concierge Shamshad.
Breakfast: No idea, didnt take as my stay was just for night.
Parking: Available on site, free for in-house guests.
What I didn't like about the hotel:
The ongoing construction infront of the hotel was a bit of surprise for us.
The bathtub was a bit dirty, not as clean as it should be for 5 stars.

It’s a 5 star hotel but Room Service is awful 1 star. Very bad. We are staying in two rooms and need to ask 2-3 times for room service.
The guy comes and change the bin and with the same dirty hands wash the cups and glasses in the toilet. Very un-hygienic
Don’t even change the towels.
Ridiculous service, No complementary food like dates or fruit as in every 5 star.
We will be staying in Hilton or Move n pick next time, won’t be choosing this.
Still 2 more nights here.
Location is very good, close to markets and restaurants. Also Reception staff is very good.

the service here is really good, The food at the restaurant is amazing, the wifi is fast, and the bathrooms are clean. there’s an amazing view when you sit down of the masjid, alhamdulilah
