I has that problem with the square branch where the branch manager was extremely rude after receiving a wrong order.
I tried to explain to the manager that my friends and I ordered a all mixed meats with noodles, yet they only delivered beef noodles. He start by telling me what I have to do the next time I go to any of ChiBox branches, which was extremely rude, then told me he will take the plates to add Chicken and shrimp to my food. My friend already started, and the manager asked if he will pay for the new one. I told that was a mistake from the cashier. He said fine he will replace it with a new one then left. I came downstairs to speak with manager and ask that my food will be take away. He told me between me and you the Cashier doesn’t speak English, sorry for the inconvenience. I told him, he should said something about it not just letting us order and he guesses what we ordered. A very very bad review to the team of ChiBox AlSariyah square.
