The Cafe Moment is one of the best coffee shops around Al Haram, Makkah Saudi Arabia. The location is on the 2nd floor of the Zam-Zam Tower. This cafe has amazing views, great atmosphere and delicious food. The cafe serves hot and cold drinks and offers delicious desserts. The staff is very friendly.

We had a karak chai pot (good for 5/6 people).
Their date cake is delicious and its quite a big portion.
And the Blue mojito was also good

Beautiful cafe nestled in a corner of the clock tower mall. A lovely change from the hustle and bustle. Great atmosphere and delicious food.

Came to this place due to the beautiful location next to the haram, but was so disappointed.
We ordered the breakfast with karak chai and Spanish latte. They gave us no Spanish latte and mint tea instead. We told them but they didn't care and said we couldn't change the order.
Although the location is nice and the shop was quite empty in the early morning; the customer service was too slow and we asked for extra cutlery but we did not get any we went ourselves to ask from the counter.
The waiters weren’t welcoming at all. It's like they don't care at all. It feels like they are forced to work!
Prices are not cheap. They're quite expensive.
There's no point of having a fancy place if the customer service is terrible.
Also the windows are so dirty; you can't even take a nice video or photo. Please clean the windows.

An extremely unique coffee experience as you get to have an incredible view of the Haram while you enjoy your beverages and other treats.
Would highly suggest you try the Spanish latte and chocolate French toast.
Unfortunately they did not have the baklava but if I get a chance to visit again I’d definitely like to try that with some ice cream!
