I rated this restaurant 5 stars three years ago and it has only gotten better. I got my favourite soup and salad.. Mediterranean Farro and their new salad the Bateel Green Bowl with prawns. It is the best salad I've ever had, not only is it carefully prepared with only the freshest of greens but the Calamasi Lime dressing is the finishing touch. I'm already planning on when I can come again and I've taken one to go!
I'm here right now because this is officially favourite place. I decided to switch it up a little and sit on the patio as the weather is wonderful this evening. My server Michael has been attentive and kind. You know you're at the right place when they bring you what you want without having to order it. Thank you, Michael and the rest of the Bateel crew.

I've never rated a coffee on its own before but since this is the only cafe in Riyadh I have found that serves almond milk flat white coffee; I feel it deserves a good rating. The coffee is very good quality also and combined to make a great pit stop. The date selection is fantastic

I’m a regular at Bateels Café for breakfast and for good reason.
The restaurants are clean, excellently maintained with a fine ambience and really helpful waiting staff, and a great selection of breakfast options.
This time was no different and I had my elderly father with me.
The meals arrived together for the six of us, the staff were supremely attentive - a big thank you to Madeleine, Michael and
Patrick for looking after us and gracefully serving my father.
Would definitely recommend for breakfast and for the service. Love the dates too!

I was stopped by to drink a famous iced cappuccino at Cafe Bateel today. As usual, it's very fresh and delicious. My waiter, Patrick, was an awesome guy and he took care me very nicely. I will recommend this wonderful cafe to anyone who visits to Riyadh.

The food was excellent. We came for breakfast and the staff was very courteous and sat us quickly. I had the Parmesan omelette and it was very tasty. Michael was our server and he made sure that everything came quickly. He was very friendly and we will certainly be back.
