This is one of the rare times I change my reviews to downgrade from 5 stars to 1 star. I had very bad experience almost 1-1/2 months ago. In brief, we complained about the ingredients of site salad, but after back and forth arguments, and even taking the salad bowl to the kitchen, the manger came back and said they will add the missing ingredient to the same plate instead of serving new one. I honestly lost my temper and asked to keep the plate for himself and just go so we finish our meal. To round up his rudeness, he kept the item in the receipt. I decided to pay and complain to their management through their social media account. Unfortunately. After this long period and several reminders, I just keep receiving one answer, we reported your case and still under review!
