Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the room was clean with all necessary amenities provided, very close proximity to haram.
All team members encountered were amazing, big smile and always willing to assist.
Was my first stay at this hotel but definitely will not be staying anywhere else when visiting the holy city.
A special thanks to Adel from the concierge and regards to the management for such amazing efforts.

Good hotel. MashaAllah 24 hour shuttle service. Definitely recommend. Front desk staff are friendly. Had a minor issue with room service but they fixed it...You can hear the Adhan in your hotel room, would stay again inshaAllah if I got a chance.

I booked and paid for a triple room.
I was given a double room and received everything only for 2 people. After complaining a old dirty stink broken mattress and base was sent up.
Ahmed at reception told us they hotel is overbooked and they can’t do anything about it. All pictures are available for proof

This is the best hotel in Jabal Omar, in my humble opinion. The most important thing I noticed is how welcoming and kind ALL the staff are. From the minute you arrive, concierge, reception, staff all around the hotel… amazing experience, kind and understanding people, and most importantly they are all smiling and extremely helpful. Don’t doubt to ask, they will have the answer or help you find it. I thank each person I dealt with. This will be the destination to every Haram visit InshAllah. God bless

Beautiful from the outside and very welcoming from the inside. The space, the layout, the choice of colours and the welcoming service.
The sight from your 17th storey stay is already a view to a kill.
The rooms is just as what every one wish for. Clean, wide and all the basic requirements for stay is within touch and you will have that an awe feeling when you step in.
The location currently busy with all the new hotels developments that it looks a bit messy though. However, the chartered service to send you out is ever ready. Kudos to those who choose this place. Enjoy the moment please.
