Beautiful from the outside and very welcoming from the inside. The space, the layout, the choice of colours and the welcoming service.
The sight from your 17th storey stay is already a view to a kill.
The rooms is just as what every one wish for. Clean, wide and all the basic requirements for stay is within touch and you will have that an awe feeling when you step in.
The location currently busy with all the new hotels developments that it looks a bit messy though. However, the chartered service to send you out is ever ready. Kudos to those who choose this place. Enjoy the moment please.

Stayed from the 3/3/22 for six nights and received exceptional service from the beginning to the end. Firstly we were upgraded to a fantastic suite, which was kept clean by a very polite and helpful man by the name of Dalim (cannot exactly remember the name). Anything we needed or any queries were sorted straight away. The hotel itself is situated within walking distance to the Haram, or shuttle services are available constantly. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff that made our visit so special

While the hotel remains 5 star rated, consider following:
If you are booking via a tour operator look out for the buffet menu as it could be a 1-star due to discount offered to the tour operator.
The hotel is situated on a mountain, so the climbing makes it really hard to walk 700m.
The staff is all desi, so this is a plus since they are nice and always helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel.The staff was very kind and friendly and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.A special mention goes to Abdulmajeed,one of their engineers who helped my elderly parents whenever they needed assistance.Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel to those looking for a place to stay in Makkah.

The hotel location is perfect if one needs to stay close to Haram Makkah. The rooms were great with all needed amenities. There was house keeping staff named AbdulRahman from Burma, a great guy providing efficient service. The reception staff is welcoming and the staff at breakfast all providing quality service. Parking available in hotel basement with additional charge. 24hr shuttle service to Haram available. Only thing which was not upto expectation was the additional beds, which were not same as the original ones in comfort. Staff always checking if you need anything.
