Excellent experience
My stay with family was for 06 days in the hotel. Room service is great.
Customer care department is exceptional especially Imjad as she took care of my family and provided excellent services.
Shuttle service was great for 02 days but then stopped by the hotel, as they explained buses were being directed to the Hajj pilgrims.
Otherwise I’m satisfied with the overall experience.!

It's a decent hotel. Best part is the shuttle bus service which drops us five minutes away from Haram. Restaurant and other stores on the way .Beds were comfortable. Towels were not washed well.
Our Washroom was very bad. Smelly and leaking.I had to spread towels all over the floor.

Quite good hotel. The beds were comfy and there were ample necessities. Only qualms were the shortage of lighting in the room as it was lit with only lamps; and the internet. Other than that, it is quite nice, but expensive.

Value for money. Neat rooms, clean bathrooms. Quick check in and check out. Free parking. Shuttle to Haram. Supermarket, coffee shop and barber available in the hotel.
Only negative is that there are no restaurants near by.

Rooms and facilities were so good..
Totally I liked it..
Ofcouse little more offers like atleast free breakfast or some snack they can provide..
Apart from that it was so good and peaceful experience..
