They cancelled my booking just before i reached the hotel. Then they gave me 2 rooms for higher rent. Very unethical behaviour by their reservation service.
Pros:
1. Very efficient bus service.
2. Fast elevators.
3. Parking is free if available.
Cons:
1. Dirty smelly hallways.
2. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows.
3. Bedsheets are not clean properly.
4. No good cafes or restaurants nearby.
Overall not a 5 star by any way.

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and this year it seems the hotel has gone full downhill. Its like they do not even care anymore!
1. Disgusting smell on 8th Floor. As if someone vomitted
2. Bedsheets and duvet covers stained. Rooms felt claustrophobic
3. Room service serves cold food. Take over 1hr to prepare basic meals. Unhygienic.
4. Unsupportive staff when share complain and ask for room change
5. Everyone felt itchy sleeping in rooms
6. Bathroom mouldy
7. Terrible bus service
This will be my last time staying here. Really enjoyed past few stays. But never again

Worst hotel I have ever been through!! Zero Hygiene, zero customer service, really it was awful experience!!
The photos on booking are different from the room we booked, toilet is not working well and there is very bad smell, no one fixed this after we complained!! And as you see after room cleaning this is what we slept on!!!!

I had booked this hotel, through their website and also given my credit card info, one week prior my arrival for five days stay 7 Oct 2022 to 13 Oct and I had called them specifically and told them that I'll be checking in on 5am on Oct 8 as my flight will land on Jeddah airport at 1:50am on the same date. I had requested them to either charge my card or make sure that my booking isn't cancelled due to late arrival. They promised me that my rooms will be ready for me
Now today on the day when I arrived they tell me that my booking is cancelled I'm stuck with my family with all the hotels totally booked. So I believe this is peak of mismanagement and unprofessionalism. These guys have no idea how much I'm suffering because of them.
