The room was smelly, furnitures are dirty.
I found flys and mosquitoes inside the room.
The AC system is a split unit not a concealed ones which is not practical and annoying.
Breakfast is very limited.

Nice and friendly people. Good service. The room had no window and it was a short stay so I didn't ask for a replacement

Service is quite poor, and Blanket was with spots.
Noise disturbance is a bit problem during sleeping from other rooms and surroundings.

Hotel is fine
Rooms are also good
But receptionist didnot understand Any other language
2nd restaurant and other Cleaning staff extremely illdiaciplined and v lazy
Breakfast only for people on diet.
Very far from Masjid Nabwi and no taxi here so b careful
