Overall the hotel was good. Staying experience was average to good. Room service was fine. The personnel need to be trained for the job. Stayed in tower 5. The staff didn’t seem to be that friendly. Didn’t really bothered to respond if we asked for something.
The huge disadvantage that i noticed that it has the worst Shuttle bus service. Too much crowded at peak Prayer hours. Was really hard to get in to the bus after each Prayer. Had also long waiting hours. Saw people standing inside. This could definitely ruin your whole stay there.
Due to this problem it’s hard to recommend them. They really need to address this issue ASAP to make it more comfortable for their guests

The check in experience was smooth, the staff is friendly but hardly understand English as it's not their first language.
Rooms are great, amenities included.
Shuttle service is excellent, however it gets crowded at peak times of prayers.
Try to leave half an hour before namaz time so you won't face rush during peak times.
It's worth it to try this hotel.

The rooms were good. But the wood work was normal.
Service counter, reception was not fully functional, only one person was dealing out of three, other two were absent even the queue was there for the customers.
Overall everything was good.

Hotel is huge, divided into 8 towers. Easy to get lost and there aren't a lot of staff around to guide you. They're very welcoming once you do find them. Wasn't sure which restaurants were open in which tower but eventually managed to find out through operator

Very clean and neat hotel. Great customer service. The room was very clean. But they forgot to service our room on the second day but they gave us a free breakfast which was nice of them. I will definitely return to this hotel.
