The Wellem

Just WOW!! Our suite with balcony was amazing, staff were amazing and just a wonderful introduction to Dusseldorf. We will be back ♥️

A really nice luxury hotel. There is live piano playing in the afternoon with high tea. The rooms was spacious and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wellem. Overall the rooms were clean, the cleaning and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The built in closets were great for quick organizing and the kitchen had everything you'd need. The room coffee system was fantastic and was refilled daily :D. Walking distance to the Christmas market, museums, and local restaurants. The only issue we had was with the quick grab pantry being closed, there was no way to get a quick snack if you needed something outside of the kitchen hours, which were limited. They do have restaurants, but there were not all "in" the building and lacked kid friendly foods. I also needed to use the business center that did not exist. The hotel did have a standing desk area with a computer (only), and could print if needed. Not a deal breaker, but helpful to know if you need to work while there. If in the area, I will stay here again based on the location of the hotel and the accommodating staff. Amazing place. The staffs are super friendly and nice. The bar here is top notch for the price and the cocktail 🍹 & beer 🍺 selections are just amazing

Front desk and housekeeping absolutely lousy service. Inspite of specifically requesting for housekeeping while we were away- it was not done when we came back after 3-4 hours on ALL the days. This inspite of booking a studio room!!! No one even said sorry about it. Very callous attitude and no care towards guest’s comfort or needs!
