In moderate price nice hotel.clean and good.location is great near to center of city.
Some major things also missing here but can give them 4 stars because of well behaved staff and nice calm area.

Prompt service. Room was cleaned and cosy but sofa was dirty to an extent that no one can sit on it. Electric kettle, microwave and refrigerator available.

In the center of city. The premises looks neat and has a good ambiance. Prices are reasonable for the city center.

Good place. Price is low (5/5). Underground parking (5/5). Bed sheets are old and pillows are not comfortable (2/5). No soups in the bathroom (2/5).
