one of the worst hotels I've ever been, when I ask for stuff like towels or blankets the staff giggles at my face, the bathroom at my room smells really horrible, and their cafeteria is really limited and only accept cash.

Staff and the receptionist specially is a nice human being.
The WiFi is just a name.
