Absolutely impressed with the spacious room, amazing amenities, and the convenience of a kitchenette with a laundry machine. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, and the furniture is well-organized. The rooftop relaxation area and gym facilities made my stay even more enjoyable. Friendly and accommodating staff, just wish they had more clothes hangers and a dental kit available without request. Overall, a fantastic experience at this hotel!

The front desk staff needs to be more prompt. They are helpful but it is difficult to make them understand things. The front desk staff can be definitely better.
One has to call multiple times to get something from the house keeping. Breakfast is really nice.
My recommendation would be to improve on the hospitality part especially the front desk staff.
The other staff like Mahfuj and Jubayer were always helpful. They made our stay comfortable. They were very kind and helpful.

I just stayed here a few days ago, and the hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The rooms were gorgeous, so beautifully designed, and the service was immaculate. I was assisted especially by Rashed—consider yourself lucky if you come across him! Truly such a kind and helpful human. The building is so quiet, and the rooms are so comfortable. If you’re considering where to stay in Jeddah, whether it’s for a night or a few days, choose this! You won’t regret it. I was sad I could only stay for a bit, I wish I stayed longer!
Plus: the breakfast selection is one of the best I’ve seen and the staff is so polite!

An excellent place to stay in Jeddah. Very modern, well equipped and clean rooms. All staff are very friendly and sopportive.
Specially, a team responsible for making rooms caught my attention.

Rooms are very beautiful and decorated with luxurious furniture, very pleasant atmosphere. I am happy to serve the staff of housekeeping department. I am especially pleased with Supervisor sajjad and his efficient team. Thanks everyone
