Amazing place with great hospitality and amazing staff. Mr. Mohamed kamel was so welcoming and respectful. The rooms were good and the service was outstanding. The staff always showed their best efforts to improve. The location is amazing . Surely will go there again

Bad front desk experience
Not supportive
Asked for tax invoice and she couldn’t issue it and when I asked for a normal invoice till I receive the tax one she said I won’t receive the tax one
